ALAM superfood bliss balls
ALAM superfood bliss balls – your nourishing go-to snack that will give you a boost of energy and satisfy sweet cravings in an instant 🌱 loaded with healthy ingredients and supercharged with ALAM superfood powder. This all in one blend contains high levels of essential micronutrients like vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber and pure plant-protein your body really needs to perform its best.
Ingredients for 10 ALAM bliss balls:
85 grams walnuts
85 grams oatmeal
15 grams ALAM superfood
6 medjool dates
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp agave
1/2 bar >85% chocolate
2 splashed of plant-based milk
Cacao nibs
Extra ALAM superfood powder for dusting
Directions:
1. Blend the walnuts, oats and ALAM superfood blend until you have a fine powder.
2. Proceed to add the medjool dates, tahini and agave until you have a sticky dough. Roll into balls and place into the fridge to firm.
3. Melt the chocolate au bain marie and add the plant-based milk. Whisk until smooth.
4. Dip the balls into the chocolate and press into the cacao nibs. Place back into the fridge.
5. When the chocolate ganache is firm, dust some ALAM superfood powder on top. Et voilà, enjoy!
